Three Bedroom Villa with Uninterrupted Sea Views from all Bedrooms, 10 minute walk to two beaches
The villa is set in private grounds with a lovely view of Agios Stefanos bay.
The private swimming pool is 11m x 6 m.
There is a large open- plan kitchen and living room opening onto a large covered balcony with a table and chairs which is perfect for outdoor dining.
The villa has three bedrooms but in the low season we may be able to offer you a reduced price for under occupancy. All 3 bedrooms have uninterrupted sea-views so no arguments about who gets the room with a view!
You can walk to two lovely beaches within 10 minutes.
Accommodation
- Bedroom 1 – One king-size bed with an en-suite shower cubicle and WC. Bedroom 1 has its own private balcony.
- Bedroom 2 – One double bed
- Bedroom 3 – Two large single beds
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a balcony
Each bedroom has a panoramic sea view which open out onto a covered balcony equipped with a table and chairs.. They all contain a spacious fitted wardrobe, a mirror, hair-dryer, and air conditioning. All rooms have double patio doors which are fitted with an insect net and shutters.
- A modern, fully tiled, family bathroom which contains a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
- Open plan kitchen equipped with:
- Full size electric oven and hob
- Microwave
- Fridge/freezer
- Washing machine
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery
- Iron and ironing Board
Facilities include:

- Bedding and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towel

- There is plenty of parking space for cars, quad bikes etc.

- Sofa bed available in the lounge for occasional use by extra guests ( extra charge payable for laundry)
We provide a welcome pack of water, tea, coffee, milk and juice. The nearest supermarket is a ten minute walk away, but you can arrange a delivery if you haven’t hired a car. You can pre-book a delivery so that you have the supplies you need waiting for you in the villa.
Arillas and Agios Stefanos are both just a short walk from the villa, but, as we are set in a hill, we recommend car-hire for the less-mobile and those with young children in a pushchair.
We can help you arrange a taxi or minibus transfer to/from the airport or to hire a car (we can provide you with direction from Corfu airport to the villa).
